We've lived here for almost a year now. Office staff are super nice and helpful as well as the maintenance staff. But literally it's not any new news that the water gets shut off so often. To the point where you're joking around saying that there's a water shut off due, and it's not like for an hour or so, it's usually 5+ hours and literally happens on the average time when people are home. I think the longest is 12 hours or so from like 10am to 1am in February. Also there's hardly ever any parking free if you live in the right side of the complex. You'd think they would have some sort of compensation for having the water shut off for so long and often but it's just ridiculous.
