  • I don't leave reviews often but I received exceptional customer service from Jessica so I must share my experience. My family and I went to Uptown Alley for dinner and drinks. After being seated by the hostess, we were a little upset that a server had not come over yet to take our order. After about 15 minutes of waiting, we decided to move to a booth closer to the bar section, assuming service would be better there than the section we were originally seated at, which was all the way in the back of the restaurant. After 5 more minutes of impatiently waiting, I went up to the bar and was greeted by the bartender Jessica. I told her what had happened and she sincerely apologized and assured me that she will be taking care of us the remainder of the night. She promptly brought us our orders and was very tentative and friendly checking up on us very often. We were beyond impressed and pleased with her amazing customer service. She changed our entire experience and we will very likely be dining there again soon. Thank you Jessica!
