| - It's very difficult for me to give any place a negative review, because truly, I try to go into a place with an open mind. It's really difficult to feel good about a pedicure you couldn't wait to finish.
The pedicure itself was ok. I had a Groupon, which I paid $15 for a spa pedicure. Basically, I got my nails cleaned and painted (and they looked good), a very short massage, a foot scrub, and lotion. I guess I was expecting a little more out of the pedicure, but for the price, I can't really complain much.
The atmosphere was awkward here. The nail tech did not really converse with me, other than telling me what to do. They were very busy, so I understand the need to get through the pedicure. I can't really describe what the issue was; no one was very friendly or enthusiastic to be there, so maybe that was part of it. The fact that the other technicians kept staring at my legs and feet was definitely weird as well.
I can't imagine paying full price for what I got here (which I think was normally $35). Next time, I think I'll skip this place and go to another nail salon.
