  • I ordered from the online site. Glass arrived shattered and the other two items were incorrect. When I went to the 83rd ave/bell location to return the broken items, I had a terrible time with associates who were totally unhelpful and rude. They spoke to me like I was the village idiot who just ruined their day with my return. I had spent over $600 with this company and intended to simply exchange what I had bought for something that wasn't broken. They also asked me how the glass broke, then asked if I was sure when I told them it had arrived broken- as if I myself had broken it and was trying to screw them with my return. Forget it. My money will be spent elsewhere. An associate named Linda was particularly unhelpful and rude. She actually rolled her eyes at me at one point as I spoke with her, then went to a room off to the right side of the store where I heard her laughing after I had just spoken with her. Maybe I'd be a B too if I was 60+ years old and working at a lamp store. Pound sand, lamps plus.
