I used to love Lowes, and this one is so close to my house so I went there all the time. The store is clean and they have a (relatively) good selection of tools. But because of the rude employees, I figured its better to drive the extra 5 miles to the Home Depot in aurora.
I got some items that were unlabeled. They had no barcodes on them. So when I went to check out the cashier said she couldn't ring it up without a barcode. "Fair enough" I thought. So I went back to get one with a barcode sticker on it.
When I returned this lady asked me "what took you so long?" With a CRAZY attitude. Then she gave me attitude and dirty looks the rest of the checkout. She really wants me to bust my ass and run for her when there is no line to fix a problem that her incompetent coworkers made in the first place? I paid for my stuff and I haven't returned since then.
I have also had some other weird and frustrating interactions with other employees on multiple other occasions so the drive to Home Depot is worth it.
