  • Ordered a package using one day shipping on amazon prime. Package says it was out for delivery since 4 pm and that it would be delivered by 9pm. At 8:30pm I receive a notification on my phone that it's been delivered (Your package was left at the front door or on the front porch). Well this is a lie, I check everywhere outside and it's not where to be found. So I call amazon and they refund me. I don't know why they continue to use this company after reading all these reviews. Awful!
