| - I came in to raise a concern about the quality of a reordered business card and immediately was confronted by a "It's not our problem" attitude. His response is you cannot expect the best quality on a quick turnaround order. I said, it was a reorder. He said you used a new file. My rebuttal was you had a file already existing that's why it is a REORDER so why didn't you use that file. A good printer would do a standard quality control check. In the end, I said, "So what you're telling me is that from your point of view it is the customer's mistake and your customer's responsibility if your printing quality is inferior." Surprisingly, he abruptly said yes! They clearly do not need continued business. It's a shame too, because the women working this business have always been courteous, professional, accommodating and have sincere customer service skills. The owner/manager, not so much. I am probably only one negative experience out of dozens of positive ones with this business. I'll chalk it up to this guy having a bad day and I was the unfortunate customer having to deal with it. Bottom line, it tells me that in doing business with Franklin, you have to accept that from their perspective a rush job means mediocre quality. Whereas so many other printers give you exemplary quality but, simply charge for it. I'll pay more. Fortunately, the Vegas Valley has a ton of printing options. This is not one of them.
