  • Anita Sta Ana is extremely rude and have no customer service at all. My parents went to her to get an estimate for their taxes but Anita treated them poorly right off the bat. She asked them about their personal life that has nothing to do with their taxes. She was very insulting and disrespectful. She should not be in this kind of business. Save your time and go somewhere else.
