I usually come here before 6pm for an early dinner, and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to get a table (you may have to share a table with other patrons though). The toppings that come with the noodles are pretty much the same as what they serve in other crossing the bridge noodle restaurants. (I never get why they give you a spoonful of corn, you will never see them again as soon as you dump them in the soup) The kimchi soup base is my personal favourite. I've never seen it in other places. There's a lot of kimchi in there, and they also put dried small shrimps to make the soup base very flavourful and aromatic. In terms of the noodles refills, I would suggest that you write on the order sheet how many noodles you want with your order so your soup won't get cold while you wait for your refill. The only suggestion for improvement for this place is to train their servers to be a little more attentive.
