I have Beck Taxi as a contact on my phone so whenever I need a cab and am in a situation where I can't hail one, I call them. Today will be my last time doing this. I called, the dispatch said, 5-10 minutes ( I was downtown at 1pm on a tuesday). I waited 20 minutes then called asking where the cab was as I was standing outside for the whole time. The very nasty dispatcher told me he should be there. I tell him, he is not here, and that I have been waiting 20 minutes for a cab. He gets annoyed and tells me he is trying to help me and then hangs up.
What kind of service is this?
Doesn't every business now know that there are so many options out there, that unless you are conducting good business on a regular basis, you are going to sink?
Not to mention Uber. You would think this company would realize their days are numbered so maybe take advantage of this and make some money to retire on.
I hailed a cab and went on my way without waiting for cab I called which was most likely never going to come.
Beck Taxi, you should start adding up these lost customers. Start with an average of $500 a year per customer.
Amazing to think you are exempt from the consequences of shitty business.
