If I could give Shaw negative 5 million stars I would. WORST CABLE SERVICE EVER!! I don't know where to begin. I've been a customer for years, not sure why I stayed this long. Always having to call about something. Channels going out, sound off, frozen pictures, tv shows ending before they are supposed to, Shaw cuts off channels without telling me. If you need help and try to call, you end up waiting for at least 1/2 hour to talk to someone. Online chat isn't any faster. Today there were 28 questions ahead of me. Ridiculous! Then the customer service agent is usually rude and stupid and blames me for the problem. Shaw never takes responsibility for the problem ever! The price I pay for internet and tv goes up all the time and the service keeps going down. It's not worth it.
I could go on and on about the problems I've had over the years but I won't. Do not use Shaw unless you want crappy service at a really expensive price.
