  • Prices are much higher than their competition. Never can find people to help you, too busy talking amongst themselves and not about subjects that are related to the garden center. When I called to complain that what they were talking about was not appropriate and was an insult to me, I was met with thank you I'll tell them and a hangup this is after I said I was never going to shop there again. They not only lost a $500 xmas tree sale but a customer for life.
