I loved Peppermill at one time; my birthday dinner here last night left a lot to be desired.
Simply: Peppermill burger was overcooked...not the med-well I asked for. Sourdough was so hard & rough the roof of my mouth is tore up. Fries were "okay." Overall, it was a very dry burger-not the greasy mess I was looking forward to. My friend ordered a med-rare steak & eggs & THAT came out well-done. We were too hungry to send our food back and ate what we could.
Our server was nice but never refilled our drinks let alone asked. Happy Hour is promoted on Facebook & their website, but NO menu. I had to pull it up online only to be told they didn't have the drinks listed.
It wasn't the amazing experience I am used to having here. I was soo excited to come here for my birthday and I regret doing so. Fortunately the day was great nonetheless.
And the "free photo," isn't visible at all, just a gimmick to get you to buy one you can see.
After eating at Peppermill for years, between LV and the former Fresno location...I seriously doubt I will return.
