My wife had emailed her thoughts on the poor customer service, the strange conversation with the sales person and the broken promises relating to the sale, to Michael W. and has not received a reply. Just another example of the poor service.
The finance guy, Jason raised it up a star initially, but after not receiving a reply in regards to our concerns, I feel that initial 2 star rating is not deserved.
It shouldn't take a publicly available negative review to get someone to care about the customer. As soon as a poor score hit Yelp, then there's a response to our concerns? That's not right.
