  • Nate is a ROCKSTAR, he's managing the phone lines, he's courteous, calm, and collected, all while dealing with EXTREMELY rude customers. So rude you even want to yell at them. This dude is taking everything like a CHAMP! Give this guy a raise! Not to mention the awesome new manager Dennis, that is working hard along side him to make this come together. New management makes a place brand new. Thanks for the time you managed to get my rotation in, while understaffed. Thank you firestone, you have a new continuous customer.
