Let me first say this review is for my most recent experience of 7/18/15. I have been a BMW owner for the past 10.5 years and have had a variety of experiences at BMW Some which were not pleasant. I started off with a service advisor who I chose not to name lacked basic people skills so request a different person who I then was assigned to Josh Martinez. Josh provided the best customer service, advice, and knowledge I or anyone else could ask for. He truly needs to be cloned. He's so great and handles clients with such professionalism I was not surprised when he was promoted and I lost my go to guy after 9 years! The next two service advisors I was assigned to lacked everything josh encompasses. This review is for my newest service guy...Rich. Could it be?!? Someone who calls me about my car updates, who executes everything he says he would in a timely manner and is pleasant?!?! YES!!! Thank you rich for making my service experience today painless! I hope he keeps it up and never have another negative experience with BMW again.
