  • So this is an update to carlos the internet sales manager, i have contact you on several occasions and left you with voice mails and no returns calls so thats why when i have my car service i went straight to rick and talk with him gave him my info and he looked into and said he would contact me back and never heard from him December of 2014 is when i bought my car and its been almost a year and to be honest if you guys were gonna do something and make your customers happy something would have been done i even said to rick go ahead and see if these so called checks were cashed or if they could just write me the check 1 for my friend and 1 for me the car i got referral from my friend and my moms co worker who was my referral and he gave me name of a person i never even heard of and said a check was sent to and i even wrote him down the names twice both times when i went to service my car and he says i dont know whats gonna on up their and he said he will get to it and contact me but never has or look up my paperwork and you will see the name i put down when i bought my car and this was like maybe april and then in august or something the 2 times ive spoke to him and had my car serviced like i said either way im done with this nonsense if you guys took care of your customers it would have been done almost a year already, if i decide to get another toyota ill jus go else where. I got my 2015 camry referral from my friend and i bought a 2015 yaris referral from my other friend and i referred my moms co worker thats 3 vehicle and no one has seen this referral incentive!
