  • I started taking guitar lessons here from Matt Vandel. Amazing teacher! As for the guitar shop itself, I have nothing but good to say. I have purchased four guitars here, from a basic Guild acoustic to a couple higher end PRSs. Phil and Shawna are the owners; great to deal with and give you direction/advise. Phil's a straight up guy. He'll tell you what he thinks, and with his knowledge, he's generally right on. Not like some sales weasel at a chain store, plus he'll be there next time you go back. While Phil does the service work, Shawna does the sales. She has always been great with me. ExCellent service. I know there are some people that figure they can save a few bucks online or at a chain store, but I'd rather deal with a locally owned shop. Definitely a quality business.
