My wife took her Toyota Highlander in for an oil change. The next evening I saw a decent oil leak on the garage floor. When she got home I checked under the car and saw that a new puddle had already formed and the oil plug was loose. It took a quarter turn to get it seated seat. It was dripping a drop every two minutes. Overtime it possibly could have damaged the engine or shortened the life if it had gone that way till the next oil change. I took the vehicle back and requested a reimbursement. The manager wouldn't do that and offered a 15% discount on future services. I feel I should get my money back for a job poorly done. The corporate office is supposed to call but I'm not holding my breath.
