  • UNLEASHED DOG bit children repeatedly and was never removed from the premise. My neighbor OVERDOSED ON COCAINE and DIED! Ambulances outside all night trying to revive him and his friends. My other neighbors house was broken into, and they were duck taped to the chairs. They were prostitutes who didn't pay their pimp on time. Even though these were isolated incidents, don't let Milan fool you into thinking you're in a safe environment. All that matters to them is the rent check. I will say however they will complete maintenance calls on time. After management changed from Savannah in 2015 I saw a steady declined in quality of customer service. Don't live here if you have children, there are no parks, and they do not regulate unleashed dogs even though it is in the leasing agreement. You have been warned!
