  • I scheduled an appointment for a breast ultra sound about a month in advance. A week before I get a call that there was an error in scheduling and the appointment was changed. The day before the appointment I received a phone call confirming the original date and time. I called to verify and no they had not changed appointment. When I arrived they informed me that appointment was actually changed and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes. No problem, things happen. Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I was called back by Cheryl for my ultrasound. She was super nice and made me feel at home. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and I could tell she truly cared. My results were sent over to my doctor the same day. I had a wonderful experience. Four stars due to scheduling.
