  • Unfortunately I should claim this location as my neighborhood branch but find that I would rather drive out of the way than deal with this branch on a regular basis. Accounts that I have opened at this branch have ALL been opened incorrectly, and the customer service is substandard, to the point where I consistently wonder whether or not they even want my business. If not for the friendliness of their tellers this place would get a one star. You would expect that when opening a new business or personal account their reps would know what they are talking about. If you are looking for business banking, don't expect it here. BofA's usually offer similar customer experiences but this one misses the mark, substantially.
