rev:text	I came here maybe 10 years ago for a naval piercing. It turned out great and I had a good experience then. Since then, I have had the same navel ring all these years! Just recently I finally lost the top bead to hold it on, and of course had a pool party that day. I scooted back over to blue lotus maybe 1 hour after they opened to buy a new ring from them. Unfortunately the front desk girl was not very nice or helpful... I told her I needed to pick up a new ring quick and she told me that the only piercer was busy, there were 2 other people in front of me w/ appts, and he was the only one who could sell them to me (yes I am aware this is the law/rules whatever, no issue with that) so I'd have to wait. Didn't really say hi or have a nice tone to her voice for someone coming in saying they needed to buy something from them. The front desk girl also didn't get up from her chair to even try to help me pick anything out or tell me prices.You'd think that they could maybe just help me pick one out and all the piercer would need to do is double check it in between his other appointments just to get me out of there and not lose business. Since I didn't know how long the wait would be, I just left (without the girl saying anything as I walked out...) and went up the street to another tattoo & piercing place. Walked in, had their piercer help me after just 10mins or less, and was on my merry way. I was actually planning to schedule another piercing while I was here, but I'm now going to just go to the place that took care of me instead of blue lotus!
