Reservation and customer service is sooo slow, bad!!! Bad for Toronto standards!!!
1) Calling on the telephone was so slow!!!!!
2) After calling the Hilton reservation line, I booked 4 night stay, they sent an email confirmation with the WRONG rate (Supposed to be $160/night but the email receipt showed billed $185/night) I called back and waited on hold and took another 20-30 mins to correct it. She said she corrected the rate and sent me an email confirmation. 10 minutes later, I reiceive the new email confirmation and it is AGAIN WRONG (first night showed $160/night BUT next 3 nights were showing $189/night). I called back and they said there was nothing they could do to change it
3) Finally, I called the hotel directly (not their reservation hotline) and re-explained the whole situation and after 30 mins, they corrected it and send me an email confirmation with $168/night. It was still WRONG (it was supposed to be $160/night) but front desk supervisor said "she doesn't know how to correct it and would need to put me on another hold". At this point, I was tired of waiting on the phone, re-explaning that I just OK'd it.
4) Total time taken was 4 hrs.
