  • Traveled from another country to conference in Toronto and stayed in Intercontinental. Before arriving to Canada was a bit worried what to expect, but all my worried went away after the first minutes of arriving and checking in at the hotel. A young gentlemen, Evgeny at the check-in desk was super polite and friendly, so checking in was a breeze. My room was wonderful: comfortable mattress, good coffee machine, nice décor, etc. Everything was clean and fresh. I enjoyed the spa (hottest steam room I have been to!) and room service too. Wish I can come back here with my family in the summer and be abel to expire the city more. Oh, and of course, this hotel has a great location; walking to the convention center or around downtown was easy :)
