  • Horrible customer service and attitude of salespeople. I went in to buy an iPhone 8. Walked out because after standing there for many minutes they waited on people who came in after me. Sorry you lost my $800 purchase! Went in again to buy an accessory but again walked out without purchase because of attitude. ( only went in because I was driving by). Note to store employees: There are plenty of T-mobile stores around. Customers don't have to put up with poor service and attitude.
