  • I went into Sprint to get an upgrade and info on a new line, a pregnant woman was helping me, or rather, acted like she was bothered to help me. She was very rude. The manager of the store, Louie ended up helping me and when he went into the back to look for my phone, he never ended up coming back out. The other employee there was busy with other customers, so I ended up leaving and going to the Tatum and Cactus Sprint to upgrade and add a line. I had no issues with that store.
