I've been going here for many years. Never really cared for the staff, but the doctors were good. Since it's only once a year, I put up with the service since they had all of my records. I called 3 months ago to see if I could get in ahead of my usual annual appointment because my vision has markedly deteriorated. I realize insurance wouldn't cover it, so I asked if it was possible to receive a discounted exam since I am a repeat customer of many years. Was told that wasn't possible and not offered any other solutions. Fine, I let that go because they really don't have to give a discount. Fast forward to two weeks ago and I received my reminder card to make an appointment for my annual exam. I called and they made my appointment for yesterday afternoon. I took off of work early and when I arrived was told that my insurance wouldn't cover it until May 9th. Possibly something they should have told me when I called to make an appointment they reminded me to make? Won't be returning.
