I really want to give this review 5 stars because the personnel providing services here (and the services themselves) are amazing. We booked 60 min massages (myself and two girlfriends) and had a pretty good experience our first time. The new client specials they gave us after our services that day were very confusing and causes the bulk of my disappointment. There was no fine print or restriction info on the special coupons, yet when we called there was. I have given feedback that restrictions are fine - but please add them to the info you provide clients in writing so that they know ahead of time. Scheduling was a NIGHTMARE. I was trying to schedule a few small appointments with girlfriends to prep for a girls trip and it took 45 minutes on the initial call due to all the unspoken restrictions and I found out later the individual actually made a number of mistakes in our bookings. We showed up for the first appt only to be told we HAD no appts (despite receiving confirmations of our appts on that date/time/location via text)!?! I was very disappointed and asked that a manager contact me back. That day only one of the girls were able to go and they were so confused about the appointment they ended up washing her hair (which was not part of the service). I ended up having to call back to speak to a manager after not receiving a call back. Once I did the manager tried to be somewhat helpful but there wasn't enough availability at that point to get us all together for the remainder of the appointments. She also indicated she would upgrade our other two hair styles to include a wash (but frankly that wasn't really anything special considering they'd already done that by mistake for the first girl). She also added $10 of Dolce Dollars to our accounts for the inconvenience. Which was nice - but I would have preferred they offer to book us a service TOGETHER at the same time so we could enjoy each other's company together in a spa visit as originally planned. I made a purchase there two nights ago and asked to use the dollars and they did not apply them to my purchase. *SIGHS* Hopefully they will change this going forward to provide new customers a better experience. Especially since the services themselves and the people providing them seem to be fantastic.
