  • If I could give this company no stars I would. Shonda is plain out rude. My dad called asked if they spoke Spanish and she screamed " no Hablo español" and hung up. He called again this time with me there. She answered and yet again she screamed the same thing. She told us that was the number for the police and I told her that's the phone number the police gave us to call. She gave the the customer number. We called again, told her he wanted information on our stolen vehicle. Again she was completely rude but Of coarse her tone changed as soon as I asked to speak to the manager. We come into the place I talk to the manager he told me he was going to give me a form to fill out in regards to the employee. He never does. This company is a complete joke.
