rev:text	i went into davids bridal on 99th ave..and had a horrible experience!! they ordered my dress wayyyyyy to big then tried to charge me $160 to alter my dress..dont get me wrong the dress is beautiful and i know vera wang is pricey.. but it would of been a total of $360 on a bridesmaid dress....then at last min.they offered to credit me a $40 dollar credit!!! when the wedding was 5 days away..well the alterations manager angie saud sorry she couldnt help me.....i was so disappointed who turns business away.. well i called arrowhead davids bridal and spoke to anna!! and omg she was/is soooooo sweet!!!! she made me feel like we were friends forever!!! i told her my story and she knew i needed the dress in 2 days..she asked very kindly if i can hold on.one second while she spoke to someone in her alterations department..1 min.later she got back on the phone and asked me to come in the same day at 5pm..and that she would make sure maria would take care of me...when i got there i was greeted by "anna"she was so sweet!!!!! then i met "maria" and omgeeee she made me feel like we were family!!!!! she took great care of me!!!!!!!! and made me feel beautifulshe agreed to stay after hours to finish my dress faster...i couldnt believe how she went above and beyond to assure i was happy ..before i left i was hugged by mariaand then later by the door anna came out and. hugged me!!!! you can tell they care about their customers..and to think.i started by calling them to tell my horror story at the other store..and to ask for coorprates phone number.. and i left that same day taken care of and with a. hug& smile on my face i will be shopping back here because of them..p.s the other lady in alterations i think heather was super nice!!! i give this store 10 hands down!!!! i will def.recommend this store to all friends and family!!!see ya soon teresa j.
