  • Lies! Tell us our flight is cancelled and we find out it wasn't, you just overbooked! Six hour delay because of that cute little mix up and then to really cap off our evening we are waiting for another two hours because your baggage ramp is closed due to weather???? I remember my first time running a company and not having back up plans! You gotta be kidding me with this service!
