This review is more about the company, not about this store. The customer service is really good. It's a self check in and wait to be called. Since it's a Saturday morning it was busy. Took about 30 mins before dealing with an associate. After that, about 15 mins I was done with my business. Now about Cox. I have been a customer with them for 13yrs+. At the beginning no problems. Then slowly, rates kept going up. Sometimes 3 times a year. The last two years I agreed to lock into a contract, so it will not continue to increase. Recently I called to see if I can renegotiate my plan, basically I was told no. Which was fine, I went with DIRECTV. I'm now paying half what I used to for Cox for the same channels. Today I turned in my equipment to this store, now they want to renegotiate. Too late, I'm done.
