  • Before moving into this place I read the reviews. I thought to myself, these can't be true. Well I have now been living here for 4 months. I cannot wait for my lease to be over! They take forever to fix things that should have been fixed before we even moved in. The carpets are completely disgusting. They sent me a email when I first moved in to see if there was something they could do to make us feel more at home and I responded only about the carpets being cleaned. I NEVER got a email back. I signed a lease for my rent to be $1028 a month, every month our rent water sewage and trash comes out to $1285!!!! This is insane. Again, I cannot wait for the lease to be over so I can move the hell out of here and actually move somewhere, where I'm actually getting my money's worth. Thanks villa Serena for not making your residents happy.
