  • I hate Cox! My second broken DVR this year (nothing I did to either of them). What sucks the most is I have a ton of shows recorded on it that I'm unable to watch now. They gave me a new DVR and now I have to go and program all my shows to record all over again. Ugh... You would think for all of this inconvenience I would get at least get a discount on my bill right? Nope!!
