While I'm typing this I'm still stunned at the INCREDIBLE service from Anderson Appliance.
We have Viking in our home and the fridge beeped that it was getting warm. I head over to Viking's website and it pointed us to Anderson Appliance for service. Unfortunately we missed them today (Saturday) during working hours so I left a message. I didn't expect a call back today but low and behold Cher calls back and she has a tech available. Steve comes into our home, on a Saturday, within 2.5 hours of calling! He's very polite, dressed in Anderson uniform, and incredibly nice; even the dogs liked him. Steve troubleshoots the issue immediately as a DC inverter. Oh, he's got that Viking part on the truck too. (really?). He quoted a very reasonable price, with labor, and we we approved the work.
We're chatting the whole time while he's doing the work. He even vacuumed all the newly exposed surfaces from the layers of dust that had collected.
While he was here I asked about our Viking stove and the intermittently finicky igniters. He troubleshot that in a few minutes, took down the serial number and will have the parts ordered. They should be in next week, they'll call to arrange the install date.
I was planning on having our fridge out of commission until Tuesday at the earliest, and instead we have it working early on Saturday evening.
I wish I could give Anderson Appliance more than 5 stars on Yelp. Though I can give a huge recommendation here.
