  • Well Home Depot, you've done it. One star. Congratulations on that! How did this drop so far and so fast? What made me redownload this app just to adjust my rating? The employee children! You can't peel them away from their PERSONAL CELL PHONES to get a question answered. I was looking at blinds and there two couples looking at flooring. Do you think the old guy could stop stocking shelves or the young kid could be pried away from his rabid texting date to help a customer? Nope! Should large groups of customers be waiting for someone while being ignored by clueless employees? Nope! You're there to take care of customers, not text on your phone. Stocking shelves is important, but when customers need help, you stop stocking and help them. I'm floored by the knowledge and service that these store offer. It's non-existent. No wonder local stores are closing up and going out of business. Don't blame Amazon and don't blame the economy. I was there to spend my money....train your employees and take away those damn cell phones!
