| - i called to get a new car key because my car key broke in half and the lady was nice enough to give me a quote and send someone out to fix it and it all went downhill from there...the guy is testing my new key out and he's ramming the key into the ignition and jarring the starter on and off..the force he used to START the car was ridiculously uncalled for. So i pay close to 200 dollars for the new key, which doesn't work to open the door and start the key, i now need two keys for ONE car, to end up with a key that doesn't work. the next day i had to ARGUE with the owner, Susan or Suzanne, who didn't want to speak to me after a 30 minute conversation and being called a liar, only to send her technician out to me, 6 hours after the phone call only for the man to tell me, he messed up my ignition with a pin or something and had to replace it. if a customer calls and asks for assistance repairing an item that had no issues prior to the service your company provides, don't call the customer a liar and fight with them nor do you tell them they don't understand when clearly, YOU DON'T, worst service provider ever, especially in a 24 hour city, customer service means more than availability!
