The infusion nurses at the outpatient infusion center are wonderful. They are caring and compassionate, and friendly.
I was there on Friday, March 3rd, for an Entyvio infusion in the early morning. The clinic is clean and organized, and efficiently ran. It is cheerfully decorated, comforting and inviting.
The nurses made my husband and I feel welcome. They explained the infusion process to me and asked me if I had any questions. The nurse was able to find my vein in my hand on the first try which is huge for me as I am a hard poke--my veins are tiny and it usually causes problems for nurses when starting an I.V.
I felt well cared for and I left satisfied.
**I need to recognize the staff in the pre-registration clinic for the outpatient infusion center. The ladies that work in this department are so nice and welcoming. They are accommodating and willing to work with me on my insurance co-pay. I really appreciated their kindness too.**
