  • Where to begin. . . my boyfriend and I lived here two years, for those whole two years the front office worker Katie was great. Our parking spot was around the other side of another building, people had parties all the time, there is one person who parks their truck in an open stall and let's it sit for months and it never moves. . . needless to say that's only breaking off of a small chunk. For those two years are rent has increased for no reason....did they come by and update our apartment....no, then why was my rent going up!!!! The apartment we had was old, compared to our neighbors ( they moved out because their rent got raised too). So if you are reading this conAm just sucks. We are moved out to a very nice place now, and we got our security deposit back...guess how much it is $8 out of $300 we cleaned that place better then we had received it...but it took $250 to clean one effing spot...seriously one spot. The maintenance who did our walkthrough said the would just spot treat it, it's no big deal. . . never again will conAm get my money...ever!!!!!!!!!
