  • On a Saturday I brought my jeep here for an inspection and to fix a leak in the differential. I was not going to be able to pick it back up during normal hours so they were told to lock the keys in the car and I would pick it up that night. Late that night I picked up my car and immediately knew something was not right, it was pulling hard to the right and making awful sounds. There appeared to be an issue with the emergency brake that was tested during the inspection. Since they are closed on Sunday I couldn't get back in there until later the next week. I was able to drop it off and spoke to the gentleman behind the counter telling him that I believed there was an issue with the emergency brake and it felt as if it didn't release and was stuck in the engaged position for a time and then I heard a loud sound and it "let go." He called me at work about 3 hours later telling me they couldn't find anything and there was NOTHING wrong at all. I responded in disbelief, telling him there is no way that can be right, did you even pull on the emergency brake at all because it literally doesn't engage anymore. He said he would call me back. Later that day he calls me saying that after looking closer my emergency break basically fell apart inside the wheel and destroyed the brakes and rotors and they all needed to be replaced. So because they didn't do their job and take the time to properly diagnose a problem the first time they were going to give me my car back with a clean bill of health when in reality I didn't have a working emergency brake and the back brakes and rotors were so damaged they needed replacing. That is not only completely unacceptable but irresponsible and flat out dangerous. Knowing the customer said there was an emergency brake issue they didn't even perform the most basic of tasks to diagnose the issue- they didn't so much as even pull up on the emergency brake, if they had they would have realized it was not working at all. Honestly I don't know what they did to come to the conclusion nothing was wrong with the vehicle. Then the next week I had to bring the Jeep in yet again because the differential they worked on starting making this crazy loud winding sound when you let off the gas. They looked at it and said they put to much fluid in when they replaced the seal and the pressure was probably a little high which was most likely the cause of the sound. They took out some fluid and told me the sound should go away in about a week. Well it never did and it is as loud now as it ever was. Every single area of my Jeep this place worked on came out of the garage in worse shape than when it went in needing further repairs and that is no exaggeration it's the truth. My opinion - this place is good for basic oil changes and other routine maintenance but anything other than the most simple of tasks you should look elsewhere. I have no confidence or trust left in this place to bring it in yet again to give them another chance to "fix" the problems they created- I'm just going to bring it someplace else. I feel bad leaving this review because the folks there are very nice- BUT-this is an auto repair shop and they failed miserably with my Jeep. Without my persistence to keep looking for the problem they would have placed me and my family in a dangerous situation- that is unacceptable to me and deserves 1 star as a result. I received an email from them asking me to review their service. I cut and pasted my Yelp review into their email. Now you would think I would get some type of reply from management- nope, nothing which shows the level that they actually care- pathetic.
