  • If I can rate this place with no stars I would the most terrible customer service I've ever had in my entire life!! I needed to get my hair done and Stacie, one of their stylist, reached out to me. I had just told her I want a shadow root and tone. Before I left the salon it looked fine because of the lighting. But when I got home I nearly had a panic attack!! She made my roots red!! And she even got it on my blonde. I never asked for red. My hair is naturally dark. And she took it upon herself to Addis much red. I was about to cry. But I messaged her and asked if she can fix it. She attempted. It was better than it was but the red just bothered me so much. I messaged her again and told her how I didn't like my hair and what was wrong with it. And on her own she said she would "gladly give me a refund" so I said okayyy. I had already let her try twice and I wasn't gonna let her do it again. Then she started ignoring me or tried making excuses. And then I would even call the Salon and they just kept saying there's nothing they can do about it because she's an independent contractor. She works in the salon but they can't do anything about it!?!? I'm furious!! Never go here they will ruin your hair and not take responsibility
