  • I do not know why there are negative reviews. I have been here since November 2016 and it has been awesome. I have the cutest unit that overlooks the pool and it is so well appointed, especially for me in a wheelchair. I have had a lot of problems with carpet and they have the option of carpet or hardwood looking vinyl (high quality). It originally had carpet in the bedroom and the manager was so wonderful that she approved removing the carpet and extending the flooring through out the entire unit. I have called for support 3 times and each time the crew was at my unit within an hour. Way exceeding my expectations. The grounds are spectacular with 3 pools to choose from for Sun bathing and each has a gas grill too. Everyone here has been kind, fun and supportive. I love it here and it is a real community. They have regular events to meet your neighbors and it is so close to grocery, restaurants, medical facilities, etc. I can only surmise that the complaints were from the previous management team or from very picky or snotty people.
