  • I love Panera and this one always has good food, but they really need to figure out where/how they want people to line up. They have people lining up at the bakery side and then the regular side and it's a giant cluster EVERY TIME. And when you ask an employee they say they just take people from both sides. No. That's just making it worse. I get you can only do so much with the stupidity plaguing our population, but it shouldn't be such a cluster all the time.
