  • We live in a downtown Toronto multi-level condo building that has a closed-loop water-source heat pump/AC system, with individual HVAC units in each suite. Building management has a maintenance/service contract for the whole building with B&S; we have 2 HVAC units in our suite. B&S come in twice each year for Spring and Fall maintenance and we've called them in 4 additional times over the years for specific heat pump and thermostat repairs. Through the 7 years that we have lived here, B&S personnel have always been professional, efficient, pleasant to work with, and they have made an effort to recommend and implement least-cost solutions. I would recommend B&S with a solid "A" rating.
