I have been a customer of Lowe's for over 10 years BUT no more after this experience. Their customer service is horrible and they fabricate the truth frequently. I ordered over $2000 in items and have had to call them no less than 6 times in a week. They promised my delivery would arrive on the 15th and I'm sitting on hold again for the 7th time for them to tell me when my order will arrive. I've been on the phone today for over 30 minutes. Each of my calls lasted just as long. They use vendors but don't communicate that at purchase so they can't control when orders ship. They charged me already for my purchases but I haven't received them and told me that's the way they do special orders. Lolol. How about keeping all the items and providing a full refund. I will never shop at Lowe's again and will happily share my experience to warn others to stay away!!!!
Lowe's is at it again. So the Kaleen Rug I purchased is falling apart, causing damage to my yard and pool. The red fibers are everywhere. I paid over $300 and it's the biggest piece of trash. Lowe's told me to call the manufacturer because it's obviously not their problem. I called Kaleen Rugs inc 706-279-1122 and was told by Olivia Edwards that Carley at the Scottsdale store basically lied to me and I have to go thru Lowe's to make it right. First Carley said they can't do anything about it and when I told her what the manufacturer said, she changed her story and said she will have her boss Chris Meyers call me. I am waiting to hear back from Kaleen Rugs manager to see who the real liar is. I have a feeling it's Lowe's again. They suck in customer service on so many levels
