| - I originally came across The Pigeon Man (Scott Rosenthal) in my neighborhood over 2 years ago because he was helping a neighbor with his pigeon issues. I got his card, got a quote from him, but never followed through with his services because the time was not right for me. However, a few years later, I gave Scott a call and he came over. After reviewing my issues that I have been having with pigeons over my pool and in the alcove above my bedroom window (which overlooks my pool), Scott gave me an updated quote and a solution to my issue. His prices are very reasonable, so I went ahead and scheduled the work with his wife who handles the scheduling and office stuff. She sends over a detailed proposal to your email and allows you the time to review it, never once pressuring you. Upon approval, all you have to do is send a confirmation email back stating that you want to move forward, and then she schedules the appointment.
Scott and his wife were very accommodating to my work schedule and fit me right in. Once Scott arrived, he took his time by cleaning out all the bird poop debris, scraping, scrubbing, and being very detailed. He must have filled up what seemed like 2 buckets full of crap....literally! Once the clean up was done, he then begin to install the netting above my bedroom window that would permanently ban and block the pigeons from nesting above my bedroom window. I have had this issue for years and the pigeons were creating a huge feces problem on my pool deck, poop in my pool, and every time there was a handful of pigeons perched in the alcove, it literally sounded like a pigeon orgy was happening on my roof. I was truly fed up!
It took Scott about 7 hours to complete the job, but once all was said and done, the end result was amazing! It's been about 3 months since he has completed the job, and I have not had one issue in that alcove since, and there has been far less poop issues as well. Plus, my pool guy is happy because it's less chemicals he has to put into my pool to keep up with the bird crap. However, I did have a recurring issue on the lower roof that remains in the shade for the better part of the day, and I did call Scott out again for another quote to solve that issue. Once timing and money is right, I will have him complete the second part of the netting.
If you are looking for a professional pest control guy to deal with the pigeons, The Pigeon Man Scott is the one to call. His prices are very reasonable for the amount of time and effort he puts in to complete the work order. Plus, he arrives on time, and there is constant communication throughout the job.
