I liked this place... a friend and I just went for lunch. He had the falafel pita and I had the cup of lentil soup, and I also had the chicken shwarma. We shared the hummus appetizer.
Hummus was good, but we agreed that it was a little heavy on the tahini and a little light on the lemon juice. Pita were good, fresh and warm.
The falafel pita was "very crunchy, but good".
My shwarma was tasty. Both pitas had pickled cabbage in them which I've never had before. It added some tang that we both enjoyed.
I had to try the lentil soup after reading the rave reviews and it didn't dissapoint. I think next time I will get the bowl instead of cup and a small salad... MMM!
On weird thing before I go: the waiter/owner kept the change... but we let it slide. They got a huge tip from us though.
