  • Absolutely the biggest disappointment in retail furniture ever. My husband and I have a second home in Charolette- we ordered new furniture from West Elm in the store. I had loved their style and looked forward to the opportunity to decorate our new space. After waiting 10 weeks on a sofa and ottoman, received 3 different lies and conflicting stories from the managing company Williams and Sonoma - we still have no idea where or when if ever our furniture is. They have our money and we cannot get a return call from the same people who promised to credit back our money last week. Once again another lie and empty promise after waiting on the phone 56 minutes yesterday. I would never buy another item from any of the companies related retailers ever. Save yourself a lot of disappointment and stress and shop with another furniture retailer.
