I did the thirty days for thirty dollars deal and it was literally a steal. Awesome place for so many reasons.
Studio: ample parking. Beautiful space. Love how they have these little inspiring quotes in jars and on the walls to promote a zen atmosphere. Tidy, inviting.
Classes: quality classes that are quite superior. You SWEAT, not just cuz it's heated. But you have to be prepared to handle heat or else you shouldn't try it, it's intense at times but you should be able to get through once you get used to it. I loved this one blonde lady that taught at night(forgot her name) who was excellent for all the yoga classes. I took a candlelight class which was relaxing and rewarding. Also a hot Pilates class which literally kicked my butt. To be honest, I like classes with the lights off just because when I feel like I don't know what I'm doing, at least I know people can't see me so Im less likely to be judged. That's why body heat has been awesome for yoga for me, since classes have dim lighting which allows you to relax and I feel grow a bit more in your practice. The best part is they focus on your form, and perfect your practice. Small class sizes so space isn't usually an issue.
Restrooms: okay so there are limited showers and space since it is kind of a boutique style studio, but I didn't find an issue with this. Lots of amenities are available like hair dryers and so on.
Overall: great studio that I loved and definitely a must try for fitness class style lovers. I like the boutique style studio regardless of the expense, but I also prefer kind of a larger space to get lost into and maybe hit the hot tub, that's why I didn't continue there. But I probably will go back in the future!
